Because this is a rural area and we rely on cleaning and maintenance services, it is important to report any damage or maintenance immediately through a message so we can ensure a top-notch experience for the next guest.
Check Out time
Check out time is 11 a.m. unless arranged otherwise. Make sure to close windows and lock the front door.
Kitchen
If you used the skillet or microwave, please wipe up any spills. Leave clean dishes on the kitchen towel on the counter.
Empty the fridge.
Outdoor Chairs & Games
Put folding chairs and games back in the deck box.
Garbage
Take all garbage out and put in the cans near the shed. All garbage must be in a bag.
Bed & Linens
Put all dirty towels in the basket under the bathroom sink. Remove the sheets and pillow cases and put in the basket.
Outdoor Grill
If you used the outdoor grill, please remove the grill plate and clean it for the next guest. Ensure the grill is covered and off.

Outdoor Bug Net
Roll the bug net back and hook to the posts if used.
Clean Excess Spills & Debris
There is a broom, mop, and small vacuum for any spills or excess dirt.
